An IVA Supervisor from CCS Will Work to Arrange an IVA

One of the most important people that Consumer Credit Counselling Service, or CCS, will work with for an IVA is an IVA supervisor. This is a person who is responsible for creating an Individual Voluntary Agreement. The IVA supervisor will consult all of one’s creditors and get them to agree to the terms of an IVA. The supervisor is also responsible for monitoring how the payments on the plan are going to work and how they are going to be paid over a specific schedule of time. The person will collect money from a client and pay it off to one’s creditors through this plan.
